Rachael Brook manages Business Development and Investor Relations at KSR. She began her real estate career in Los Angeles, specializing in Beverly Hills Luxury Estates. During her time there, Rachael was responsible for the sale of NFL player turned film producer Anthony Henry’s Hollywood home. Since then, she has successfully transitioned into commercial real estate with an emphasis in retail leasing and income property sales. Having a great affinity for New York City and an expansive Rolodex, Rachael made the decision to relocate from LA to New York. She now works alongside KSR’s senior investment sales team as business development manager, and she carefully orchestrates deal flow and lead generation within the team. Rachael maintains a diverse & global network of wealthy investors, institutional buyers & family offices looking to acquire prime commercial real estate. She utilizes her marketing and retail background to diligently assist concepts from LA and other Prime Urban Markets to expand their brands and launch flagship locations in NYC.
