KSR focuses primarily on the New York City real estate market, with secondary emphasis on national markets. In addition to our core commercial brokerage business, we are actively engaged in real estate acquisition, debt, and equity transactions across various asset classes, financing, property management, development, and construction management.
The firm has successfully closed over $1.3 billion worth of transactions in the major real estate markets. In 2023, total SF leased was over 1.5 million with $735 million in aggregate rents and over $600 million aggregate sales.
