Abie Dwek is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur with a proven track record in retail brokerage, investment, and strategic market expansion. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated more than 115 commercial lease and sales transactions, representing over 350,000 square feet of retail space and exceeding $225 million in deal value. He has also leased more than 1 million square feet of commercial space across diverse asset classes.
With deep expertise in market analysis and financial underwriting, Abie has consistently identified high-value opportunities and executed complex transactions. He has prepared and negotiated purchase agreements, letters of intent (LOIs), and leases, while constructing detailed financial models and site evaluations to guide clients through data-driven decisions. His experience includes securing tenants and landlords on an exclusive basis and maintaining strong relationships with both local and national retailers.
A key highlight of his career includes leading the New York expansion of a national and international grocery delivery company, exclusively representing the tenant in Queens and securing over 40 locations. He has also exclusively represented multiple New York-based retailers, sourcing and negotiating prime retail opportunities to support aggressive growth strategies.
Beyond brokerage, Abie is the Founder of a family office focused on commercial real estate investments throughout the tristate area, with an emphasis on retail brokerage, syndication, and mobile home park acquisitions. He leads all aspects of operations, including acquisitions, capital raising, marketing, financial management, and compliance. Under his leadership, the firm has secured multiple leases totaling more than 25,000 square feet and successfully raised over $3 million in limited partnership capital for the acquisition of a 32-acre mobile home park outside Phoenix, Arizona.
