Benjamin Namdar is a Retail Leasing Associate at KSR. Since joining the firm in 2024, Benjamin has quickly emerged as a highly effective dealmaker in New York City’s retail leasing market, completing over two dozen leases across Manhattan and Brooklyn in his first year.

Benjamin’s primary focus is on small to midsize retail and commercial tenants across food & beverage, fitness, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. Notable tenant deals include Brookies Bakery in the West Village, Bagel Cafe Luxe in Downtown Brooklyn, the upscale Chinese concept Dong Bei on West 36th Street, and Spa LaLa, a 4,000 SF salon and spa in the Flatiron District.

On the landlord side, Benjamin has worked alongside senior brokers to represent major ownership groups such as Gorjian Real Estate Group, Klosed Properties, and Gatsby Management, successfully leasing long-vacant and value-add assets across Manhattan.

Known for his speed, market knowledge, and execution-focused approach, Benjamin continues to build a strong leasing portfolio and is poised to become one of the next standout producers at KSR.
