Chani Herman

Chani Herman contributes to both marketing and commercial real estate sales & leasing with KSR. She plays an active role in strengthening KSR’s digital presence through social media, property promotion, and branded marketing content, helping showcase the firm’s listings, agents, and market activity.

In addition to her marketing role, Chani is involved in investment sales and leasing, connecting tenants, landlords, and investors to strategic real estate opportunities throughout New York City. Outside of work and school, she enjoys pilates, spending time with friends, and painting. She is committed to bringing her professionalism, creativity, and driven work ethic to KSR’s growing platform.

Chani is currently studying Law & Society at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she continues to build on her interest in the legal field. Prior to John Jay, she attended the University of Miami, where she studied Psychology and Sociology and served as a student intern with the University of Miami Police Department. There, she gained firsthand experience to public safety operations and professional agency work.
