David Sabbagh

David Sabbagh is an Associate Director at KSR specializing in retail leasing across the Bronx, Harlem, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

David joined KSR in 2017 while completing his degree at Baruch College, graduating in 2018. Since launching his career, he has completed transactions totaling over 300,000 square feet of retail space across the New York metropolitan area, representing both landlords and tenants in retail markets throughout New York City.

With nearly a decade of experience in New York City retail real estate, David advises property owners, developers, and retailers on leasing strategy, site selection, and retail positioning in some of the city’s most competitive markets. His current focus is on the outer borough retail markets, where he works closely with clients to identify opportunities and execute strategic transactions throughout the Bronx, Harlem, Queens, and Brooklyn, while also remaining active in Manhattan.
