Dorel Melloul

Dorel Melloul is an Senior Director at KSR. Before joining KSR, he interned at Rosewood Realty on their Investment Sales team for two consecutive summers. Dorel joined KSR in 2017 and has since been building a reputation for providing strong, reliable results to his diverse group of clients. In 2018, Dorel expanded Williamsburg based, Devocion Coffee, to their first Manhattan location in the Flatiron District. Nearby, he also represented the prominent Midtown restaurant, Norikoh, to their new flagship location on West 24th St. On Canal St, Dorel represented the landlords Oved Group, and HH Equities. Since then, his focus has shifted towards his passion; fashion consumer retail. In 2019, Dorel represented the prominent denim retailer, Seven For All Mankind in a corner location at SL Green's 625 Madison Avenue. In Soho, Dorel represented digitally native women's footwear brands Tamara Mellon in their first New York City location on Wooster Street opposite Chanel and Tiffany's. He also represented prominent streetwear and lifestyle brand, Ripndip for their first ever NYC popup. Dorel also represents Velasca Milano whom he expanded from Milan to NYC for their first US branch which is opening shortly on Elizabeth Street in the Nolita neighborhood. Dorel has worked and represented some of the largest landlords in the city including SL Green, Conway Capital, SW Management, Comjem Associates, Sol Goldman Investments, Rudin Management, Philips International, and Centurion Realty.
