Jack Hanon is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his unique industry experience to serve his clients consistently and effectively. Jack’s first experience in retail leasing came through an internship at CPEX working under a leasing team in their Downtown Brooklyn office. He then joined their Red Bank office the following year to provide mentorship and advice to the new interns. Jack then went on to intern at Thor Equities,where he worked under their Retail Advisors arm to deliver advisory services and support to the team’s clients. In these roles, Jack conducted targeted canvassing, researched clients and firms, and built relationships with New York based clients. Jack’s extensive on-the-ground experience and strong client relationships have set him up for success at KSR. His previous experience has also allowed him to work well in both tenant and landlord representation. In addition, his hard-working, detail-driven demeanor lend heavily to his present and future success in the industry. Jack is currently studying Finance at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
