Jordan Raphan is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. He joined KSR in 2015 and has since closed over 50 leases in the New York Metro Area. Jordan's two-fold approach to the brokerage business allows him to have a positive impact on his clients and their needs. On one hand, he has a deep knowledge of the submarkets of New York and is able to effectively guide his clients through them to fulfill their retail space needs. In addition, Jordan also recognizes the importance of building strong relationships across the industry. He takes it upon himself to consistently cultivate strong relationships through his honesty, hard work ethic and genuineness. Jordan holds a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
