Joe Chajmovicz is a NYS real estate broker focused on industrial and multifamily investment sales, with over 20 years of experience across asset management, leasing, underwriting, and transaction execution. He has overseen approximately 5.5 million square feet of industrial assets across six states and has been directly involved in the underwriting, asset management, and execution of more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions.

Joe has negotiated Fortune 500 industrial leases from LOI through build-out, managed large operating and capital programs, and executed strategies that drive NOI growth and investment performance. His deep understanding of market trends, underwriting assumptions, and buyer expectations enables him to position assets strategically and support efficient, value-maximizing transactions.
