Matthew Fogel focuses on Retail Services at KSR. Since joining KSR in 2019, Matthew has leased over 38,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area. Matthew has experience in representing both tenants and landlords. On the landlord representation side, Matthew has represented Feldman property Group, LM Development, New York Hotel Management Company, and DSA Property Group. On the tenant side, he has represented tenants like Pepper Palace, Ralph’s Italian Ices, Weed World Candies, Pup Culture, The Hummus and Pita Company, and many more. Matthew completed a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from The University of South Carolina.
