Matt Fogel

Matt Fogel is a Director at KSR, focusing on retail services on behalf of landlords and tenants. Since joining KSR in 2019, Matt has leased over 170,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area and has successfully secured locations for his tenants in New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami. Matt has experience in representing both tenants and landlords. On the landlord side, Matt represents Tavros Capital, SW Management, Red Apple Group, LM Development, The Moinian Group, Klosed Properties, Phillips International, and KEW Management amongst others. One notable lease was in West Chelsea at 537 West 27th Street where Matt represented Tavros Capital on the 12,895 square foot lease to Central Rock Climbing Gym. On the tenant side, he represents Playa Bowls, Pura Vida, Boisson, Avocaderia, Unapologetic Foods, Toasties, Ralph’s Italian Ices, Pup Culture, The Hummus and Pita Company, Alidoro, and many others. One notable deal was in SoHo at 216 Lafayette Street where Matt Represented KCR Group for their 7,000 Square Foot event venue, leasing the entire building. Matt completed a B.A. in Psychology and Business Management from The University of South Carolina.
