Olivia Unger

Olivia Unger is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. Coming from a strong background in Pergola Construction Sales, Human Resources and Social Work, Olivia brings a unique perspective to tenant and landlord representation. Leveraging her experiences in these fields allows Olivia to serve both tenants and landlords consistently and effectively. Olivia’s first introduction to the Real Estate industry was through a residential internship with LG Fairmont where she worked under the rentals and sales team to deliver comprehensive market analyses and advisory services. In her previous roles, Olivia has researched clients and firms and built meaningful relationships in the Tri-State area. Olivia’s strong attention to detail, client relationship management and ability to lend a listening ear, have allowed her to focus her skills in the Medical Office, Industrial and Restaurant spaces at KSR. In addition, her hard working, highly organized and detail driven demeanor lend heavily to her future success in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Olivia currently is acquiring properties in Massachusetts and New York, breaking into Acquisitions and Development. Olivia currently holds an MSW specialized in trauma from Yeshiva University and is completing her MBA focused in International Business and Real Estate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
