Ricky Aryeh 25 years in full-service commercial real estate experience in New York has given him the skills to excel in multitude real estate development projects, financing, sales and marketing. The New York City market is his focus with secondary emphasis on major MSA's. Ricky focuses on acquisition, debt and equity transactions across various asset classes including multi-family, office, hospitality, industrial and ground-up construction. 

Ricky's most notable development was the Standard Hotel East, formerly known as The Cooper Square Hotel. Working as a developer in 2003-2005, put together 6 lots and air rights for a property on 3rd Avenue in NOHO (between 5th & 6th Streets) which encompassed the entire block. The 6 merged lots were for a new upscale Boutique Hotel. He co-developed, in 2005-2008, the ground up 22 story Cooper Square Hotel from inception, a boutique hotel development in the heart of the East Village. The Cooper Square Hotel, now known as the Standard Hotel East, was developed at a cost of $141 million ($972,000 per key). It officially opened in January 2009, designed by Carlos Zapata with interiors designed by Milan Designer Antonio Citterio. The Standard Hotel East feature an all-glass facade, floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. The hotel contains 145 guest rooms, two self-managed food and beverage outlets and an abundance of indoor and outdoor public space.

Additionally, he arranged over $400m in creative financing for commercial properties including ground-up construction in NYC and out of state. The real estate industry is both his specialty and passion. In his spare time, Ricky acquires and represents fine art and rare objects in the US and worldwide.
