Ronnie Shaban

Ronnie Shaban joined KSR in August 2019 as a managing director and will be focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate, and retail and office leasing in the NYC metropolitan area. Prior, Ronnie has ten years' experience working with Besen Group, and five years with Extreme Realty. Ronnie was the recipient of the 2011 Rising Star of the year Award, and the 2016 Deal Maker of the year Award and has been involved in over $850 million in closed transactions. Ronnie prides himself on his relationship building skills, and intuitive problem-solving attitude that assists in consummating transactions. Ronnie is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in various types of real estate investment properties, including but not limited to multifamily, mixed use, retail, assemblages, office and industrial. Ronnie will also be focused on landlord representation in retail and office leasing. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Ronnie was the president of several apparel companies both in retail and wholesale, for which he traveled extensively through Europe and Asia. He was also a successful financial planner with MetLife for high net worth individuals and business owners. Ronnie is fluent in Farsi and Aramaic.
