Seth Kessler is an Investment Sales Associate at Kassin Sabbagh Realty, where he focuses on multifamily investment sales across New York City’s five boroughs and New Jersey.
A Long Island native, Seth earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Marist College and began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in retail assets throughout Southern Nassau County. During this time, he developed a strong foundation in underwriting, market analysis, and transaction execution.
Early in his career, Seth was involved in the record-setting sale of an industrial property in Oceanside, demonstrating his ability to identify value, source opportunities, and manage complex deals. He now applies the same disciplined, analytical approach to advising owners, investors, and operators navigating the multifamily and regulated housing markets.

Outside of real estate, Seth enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active in the gym.
