Sholom Kanevsky

Sholom Kanevsky is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR. He previously worked at a property management firm in Connecticut for almost 3 years. Since joining KSR in 2017, Sholom has focused on the Northern Manhattan retail submarket, specifically within Harlem and its surrounding neighborhoods. Sholom's experience in property management has honed his attention to structural detail and his understanding of cash inflows/outflows for retail properties. In addition, he is able to better understand the needs of landlords and match them with the needs of the tenants to strike an effective, mutually beneficial deal.
