Albert Halawani is a Managing Director of Retail Leasing at Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR), where he has been a key member of the firm since joining in 2019. Over his career, Albert has completed more than 300 retail transactions, representing over 400,000 square feet of leased space across the New York Metropolitan Area.

Albert is primarily tenant-focused, with deep experience advising brands on market strategy, site selection, and deal structuring. At the same time, he has built long-standing relationships with many of New York’s most active landlords, earning a reputation for transparency, persistence, and his ability to structure transactions that align both ownership and tenant objectives.

His expertise is concentrated in the food & beverage and fitness sectors, where he has represented a wide range of national and regional brands including Apollo Bagels, 7th Street Burger, Luckin Coffee, Homemade Taqueria, IT’SUGAR, Unapologetic Foods, Orangetheory Fitness, Yoga Joint, 787 Coffee, Oiji, Adobo Mexican Grill, Crumbl Cookies, Playa Bowls, Sopo, and Moka & Co.

On the ownership side, Albert has worked closely with landlords and ownership groups such as Kew Management, The Fiel Organization, DAX, Two Trees, Rose Associates, SW Management, Delsha, Acadia Realty Trust, Adams & Co., Vornado, Friedland Properties, Stonehedge, HUBB, Thire, Icon Realty, and Solil Management, among others.

Known for his practical, deal-oriented approach, Albert focuses on finding common ground and delivering outcomes that work in real-world conditions. He operates with the belief that when both parties are aligned on getting a deal done, there is always a path forward—a mindset that has earned him trust and repeat business across the industry.
