Allie Dweck

Allie Dweck is a Retail Leasing Associate at KSR, bringing a strong foundation in property management, acquisitions, and residential leasing to New York City’s commercial real estate market.

Prior to joining KSR, Allie managed a portfolio of more than 20 buildings across Bushwick and Ridgewood, overseeing day-to-day operations, leasing, tenant relations, and overall asset performance. He also worked with W Equities on sales and acquisitions throughout the Bushwick/Ridgewood markets, further developing his expertise in property valuation, transaction analysis, and neighborhood dynamics.

While transitioning into retail leasing, Allie draws on his operational and investment background to provide clients with a practical, well-rounded perspective. At KSR, he is focused on building long-term relationships, deepening his market knowledge, and contributing to strategic leasing initiatives across the five boroughs.
