Chinelo Newton

Chinelo Newton earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Manhattan University, where she maintained a full athletic scholarship as a collegiate track and field athlete.

Beginning her career in real estate finance, Chinelo served as a Revenue Controller at the prestigious law firm Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C., where she oversaw revenue reporting and supported the firm’s transactional operations.

Chinelo later transitioned to the private sector as an Executive Assistant to the owner of Unified Home Remodeling, a well-established Long Island home renovation company, managing executive operations and supporting business development initiatives.

Most recently, Chinelo worked as a Family Office Assistant for a partnership of landlords with a diversified portfolio of properties across the five New York City boroughs, assisting in both real estate management and private equity investment activities.

With a strong foundation in accounting, real estate operations, and executive support, Chinelo brings a well-rounded perspective that bridges financial discipline with hands-on business execution.
