Marc Sitt is the Managing Director of Kassin Sabbagh Realty and spearheads the Retail Leasing Division along with Albert Manopla. He started at KSR in 2012 as a summer intern and has risen through the ranks to his current position. Marc continues to play an instrumental role in the growth & development of the company.

On the landlord representation side, he has represented some of the largest private and public landlords in NYC, including: Vornado Realty Trust, Durst Organization, Stonehenge, Sol Goldman Investments LLC, Hubb NYC, Harbor International Group, Philips International, SW Management, JEMB Realty, Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Chestnut Holdings, Parkoff Organization, Slate Property Group, Brookfield Properties, and BLDG Management.

Marc has personally leased over a million square feet of retail space, surpassing $1 billion dollars in aggregate rents. Through 2017–2019 alone, Marc completed 107 Retail Leases in the New York Metro Area. His deal-flow is both immense and extremely diverse.

In 2023, Marc was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, a testament to his consistent top-tier deal volume and market presence.

Notable Investment Sale Transactions:

• 419 Park Avenue South — sold to Elad Group for $72 million

• 1410 Broadway — recapitalization of the asset, valued at $180 million

• Wrist Aficionado at 645 Madison Avenue

• Kiton at 692 Madison Avenue — new NYC flagship store

• 313 Fifth Avenue — Gatcha Arcade flagship

Among his many tenant representation assignments, some that stand out include: Dill & Parsley, Pure Green, 7 For All Mankind, ModernMD, Bread Ahead, Keyfood, Oakberry, Kiton, ONGI, Verizon, and Mulberry Market.

Marc is an expert in executing rollout strategy and has implemented the same by securing tenants’ hundreds of retail locations on a national and local level. His sheer tenacity, persistence, and consistency in delivering superior results have allowed him to garner these successful transactions, and he hopes to continue assisting tenants and landlords in the retail leasing sphere
