Morris Sabbagh

Morris Sabbagh is President and Co-Founder of Kassin Sabbagh Realty. Morris has almost 15 years of experience within numerous facets of real estate, including equity/debt acquisitions, asset management, investment sales, and leasing. Working alongside Abraham Kassin, his attention to detail and forward thinking methodology have contributed to the firm's exponential growth in scale, scope and success. Morris began his career in real estate at Esquire Management, where he was responsible for property and asset management of co-op and condo units throughout the Tri-State Area. He brought the insights acquired at Esquire to ICER Real Estate, where he was presented with the unique opportunity to reposition several foreclosure-auctioned assets. In addition to repositioning and leasing nearly all the space in these properties, Morris spearheaded the firm's expansion into the Harlem multifamily market and gained further experience in acquisitions and leasing along the way. Taking the deep industry knowledge and expertise he gained in these roles, Morris started KSR's predecessor, Furnished Dwellings, with Abraham Kassin in 2006. Morris's extensive experience has given him a unique perspective into the industry and a clear framework for integrating the numerous real estate services within KSR. He has been directly involved in selling over $1 Billion in assets, leasing hundreds of thousands of square feet, and acquiring over $500 Million in performing and non-performing mortgage and bond notes within KSR. Under Morris's tutelage, KSR has expanded into a vertically integrated, full-service real estate firm. Morris believes that sustainable growth occurs from the bottom up, and he has ensured that KSR remains a family and customer-oriented firm even as it expands. In addition, Morris truly understands the importance of a well thought out business plan; KSR's seamless integration of its various real estate functions are a testament to his success in this regard.
