Solomon Tbeile

Solomon Tbeile is a New York City–based retail leasing specialist at KSR, focused on high-street and neighborhood corridors across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Solomon represents both landlords and tenants, advising on strategy, and deal structure for flagships, and first-to-market entries.

He has worked with notable clients including AHLEM, IT Trattoria, Sweetgreen, and Joe & The Juice, along with a wide range of emerging and established brands across food & beverage, fashion, and wellness groups.

On the ownership side, Solomon has represented respected landlords such as Regal Ventures, Carnegie Hill Properties, Hilson Management and HH Equities .

At KSR, Solomon is actively involved in leasing assignments throughout Fifth Avenue, SoHo, and Park Slope, where he uses targeted outreach to attract quality tenants and deliver strong results for his clients.
