Steven Pollan

Steve Pollan is an Senior Executive VP at KSR. He joined KSR in 2014 after a 20+ year career in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Steve is also one of the co-founders of Sovereign Capital, KSR's Debt platform company. Steve has served as CEO of Cadence Capital for over 10 years. Cadence is an investment banking and merchant banking firm that provides financial services to organizations throughout the world. Prior to Cadence, he was CEO of Atlas Capital Services, a small and mid-cap investment bank and Broker Dealer. In this role, Steve brought dozens of companies to the public market and has raised over $300M in equity for small/mid cap companies through PIPE financings and other various financial structures. This experience provided Steve with a strong finance foundation and allows him to fully understand all the moving parts of a real estate transaction and subsequently provide the best advisory to his clients. At KSR, Steve has been responsible for a number of large transactions. For example, he recently worked alongside a Large NYC Affordable Housing Developer and the EDC on a 150,000 square foot development site in Far Rockaway, Queens. In addition, he was recently instrumental in a 200+ unit multifamily building sale in the Bronx. On the leasing side, Steve recently leased out an 8,000 square foot space to a supermarket in Harlem under the Fresh Program. Steve prides himself on his honesty and integrity, traits that allow him to work with clients through multiple transactions and situations. To date, Steve has been involved in over $300M in real estate transactions.Steve holds a Bachelor's in Economics degree from Queens College. He is an avid golfer and a successful fast pitch softball pitcher. He spends most of his free time caring for his two children Caleb and Ella and his lovely wife Adena.
